We may collect your name, email address, profile image, authentication details, support messages, and information associated with purchases or subscriptions. To provide generation features, we process the product images, prompts, creative briefs, selected settings, and other materials you submit, along with the scripts and videos generated from them.

Payment method details are entered in Creem's checkout experience and are processed by Creem and its payment partners. PromoVideo does not directly store your complete card number. We receive transaction, product, customer, subscription, tax, refund, and payment-status information needed to activate credits and manage your account.

When you use the Service, we may collect device and browser details, IP address, timestamps, pages and features used, generation task status, credit activity, error logs, referral information, and security events. We use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, fraud prevention, analytics, and essential site operation.

We use information to create and secure accounts; upload and process reference images; generate scripts and videos; store and deliver results; calculate and deduct credits; process purchases and subscriptions; provide support; detect abuse; diagnose errors; analyze product performance; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.

Your prompts, uploaded media, and generation settings may be sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers solely to perform the requested processing, transfer generated results, and operate the Service. We also use providers for cloud hosting and storage, authentication, analytics, email or support, and security. These providers process information under their own terms and contractual obligations.

We may process prompts and limited account or request identifiers with trusted safety and compliance providers to detect prohibited content, prevent abuse, protect the Service, and meet legal obligations. Creem acts as Merchant of Record for paid transactions and handles payment processing, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. We do not sell your personal information or share uploaded content with advertisers.

We retain account, transaction, subscription, credit-ledger, and generation records for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Temporary uploads and provider-hosted results may have shorter retention periods. Stored generated videos may remain available in your account until deleted, expired, or removed under our retention practices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in countries different from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may update account details, manage billing through the customer portal, and stop non-essential communications. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law.

PromoVideo is not directed to children below the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this Policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
