Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to PromoVideo, including our website, AI script generation, image-to-video generation, credit system, subscriptions, downloads, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use PromoVideo for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required by the laws where you live.

PromoVideo helps you turn product images and written instructions into promotional video scripts and rendered videos. Generation may involve third-party AI models, cloud storage, and processing infrastructure. Model availability, supported resolutions, generation time, and credit rates may change as providers and product features evolve.

AI output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that a generated video will be unique, error-free, factually accurate, suitable for a particular campaign, or identical to your prompt. You must review all output before publishing it, especially logos, product claims, captions, prices, likenesses, and regulated advertising statements.

You retain your rights in product images, prompts, brand materials, and other content you upload. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and fulfill your generation requests.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use every uploaded image, trademark, product design, face, voice, and other protected material. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated videos for personal or commercial projects. We cannot grant rights in third-party material that appears in your input or output.

You may not use PromoVideo to violate law or third-party rights; impersonate or deceive people; create non-consensual intimate or exploitative material; promote fraud, malware, violence, or illegal goods; evade platform safeguards; interfere with the Service; scrape or resell access without permission; or submit content you are not authorized to process. We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary.

PromoVideo prohibits clearly explicit pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation, any sexualized depiction of minors, non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, and other content that is plainly illegal or harmful. Non-explicit fashion, swimwear, fitness, romance, artistic anatomy, and legitimate health or educational content are not prohibited merely because they involve mature themes or the human body.

We may use automated or manual safety measures to identify restricted content and may reject a request when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, provider policies, or applicable law. Safety measures are not perfect, and their availability does not make prohibited content permissible. Attempts to generate clearly prohibited content or bypass safeguards may result in account restriction or termination.

Video generation uses credits according to the selected model, resolution, and duration shown in the Credit Usage Table. The applicable amount is displayed before you submit a generation and is deducted when the generation task is created. Failed tasks may receive an automatic credit restoration as described in our Refund Policy.

Paid plans and credit packs are purchased through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem processes checkout, applicable taxes, payment method information, refunds, and payment disputes under its own terms and privacy practices. Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew for the stated period until canceled.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Credit purchases and subscription charges are subject to our Refund Policy. In particular, credits used for a completed generation are not refundable merely because the result does not match your preferences.

We work to keep PromoVideo available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. AI providers, storage providers, authentication services, and Creem may experience delays, outages, rate limits, or policy changes outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary for security, compliance, provider changes, or product development.

PromoVideo's software, interface, brand, documentation, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, not ownership of the Service itself. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative services from protected parts of PromoVideo except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether it is suitable for publication, advertising, or commercial use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoVideo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Service or generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or repeatedly abuses the Service. We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. The updated date above indicates the latest revision, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
